Portland indie-punk band Lee Corey Oswald has teamed up with Nervous Energies to debut two new live songs, “Red Balloons” and “Soda and Cigarettes.”

Studio recordings of each of the new songs will appear on Lee Corey Oswald’s upcoming album, Regards, which is scheduled for release on August 5 via No Sleep Records and is available now for pre-order at http://bit.ly/1gvJFt2. The album also features the recently released tracks “Snowglobe” and “Progress.”
