Georgia metal outfit Kylesa have announced they’ve started up a record label called Retro Futurist, with their first official release being the debut LP from upcoming tourmates Sierra.
Kylesa revealed their label plans on August 27, reporting that Kitchner, ON stoner-prog crew Sierra’s Pslip will be the imprint’s first vinyl release, though an exact due date has yet to be set in stone. The recording is, however, currently up for sale digitally over on Bandcamp.
It’s unclear at present if Kylesa will issue any of their own material via the imprint. Season of Mist released their Ultraviolet LP earlier this year.
