Fine Steps began as the songwriting project of Julian Elorduy (Mayyors) in 2008. It springs from a previously untouched need for expression that Julian lacked in his early years. Always a quiet boy, Julian rarely spoke up and didn’t speak much at all until his 20s. People recognized him as the tall, quiet type, maybe even a little pompous. But people who know him, know that just isn’t the case. After rocky break-ups with ladies with whom he played music (The Standard Tribesmen, Vichy Water and G.
