In anticipation of their upcoming LP Slumber, out June 17 via Old Flame Records, Brooklyn’s Dead Stars has shared new album track “Crawl” via IMPOSE Magazine. One of the more aggressive, fuzzed-out tracks on the record, it features the crunchy guitars and driving rhythms that have earned the band comparisons to Dinosaur Jr., Pavement, and a slew of other ’90s indie rockers. “Crawl” is available to download and share via Soundcloud.
Having shared stages with bands like Fucked Up, White Fence, and Bear Hands, Dead Stars has a handful of local shows coming up before they head out on the road with fellow Brooklynites Sharkmuffin in June. See below for a list of dates (more TBA.)
