NYC-based duo Cardiknox have premiered their new single titled “Wasted Youth,” and will support Australian indie/pop sensation Betty Who on a full North American tour starting March 22. Although the band has only been in existence for less than a year, they’ve already drawn accolades from online publications like SPIN, Neon Gold, MTV, AV Club, Idolator, and a plethora of other blogs and news outlets.
