Long time friends and at one time mentors, bandmates, and roommates, Typhoon and My Body decided to pair up and take turns remixing tracks from each other’s most recent records.  The split 7-inch is a limited pressing of 500 and will be released on Typhoon’s member run label, Bug Hunt, on Black Friday.

Typhoon (Portland, OR) has played on David Letterman and made appearances at Major Festivals all over these United States including Lollapalooza, Sasquatch, Outside Lands, Osheaga, and Newport Folk Festival. They’ve toured with Portugal. The Man, Grouplove, Yann Tieresen and managed to sell over 50,000 records in the process.
My Body (Brooklyn, NY) are up and comers in the NY scene, carving out their own path with their unique blend of skewed R&B/Pop. Their debtut EP was released by Bug Hunt in the spring of 2015. They’ve made appearances alongside Haim, Elliphant, Typhoon, Icky Blossoms, ARO, and been touring hard around the east coast.
