Austin’s Très Oui, led by Literature frontman Nate Cardaci, will release its debut LP, Poised To Flourish, on February 9 via Shrimper/Revolver. A follow-up to last year’s Singles Going Nowhere EP, the release features previous Literature members Steven Garcia (also of Rose Selavy) and Seth Whaland, along with synth player Ian Jensen.
Poised To Flourish features ten tracks of jangly guitar pop with playful, ’80s-influenced melodies, as evidenced by previously-released single “Séance.” ]
Très Oui will play a record release show at Austin’s Hotel Vegas on February 17 and SXSW in March (details TBA.) Poised To Flourish is currently available for pre-order here
