L.A.-based post-hardcore band Touché Amoré premiere their new single “Rapture.” The fourth offering from Touché Amoré’s upcoming album Stage Four, “Rapture” reveals the acclaimed indie band’s more art-rock-leaning sensibilities.

Out September 16, Stage Four marks the most deeply personal album yet from Touché Amoré lead singer Jeremy Bolm, guitarists Nick Steinhardt and Clayton Stevens, bassist Tyler Kirby, and drummer Elliot Babin. The follow-up to their 2013 art-punk masterpiece Is Survived By, the band’s fourth album centers on the death of Bolm’s mother, who passed away from cancer in 2014. Touché Amoré created Stage Four with producer Brad Wood, delivering their most urgent yet nuanced work to date: a haunting and challenging but ultimately rewarding listen.
Touché Amoré is also hosting a pop-up gallery of 28 original works by London-based collage artist Anthony Gerace. Working in collaboration with Steinhardt (Touché Amoré’s resident art director/designer) and photographer Ryan Aylsworth, Gerace recently documented Bolm’s clearing of his mother’s belongings from her longtime home in a powerful before-and-after book.   The pop-up gallery will be at 1814 Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles, with the show running from September 14 to September 17. From 7 pm to 10 pm on September 14, Touché Amoré and Gerace will host an opening reception and sign advance copies of their art book.   Touché Amoré will soon tour in support of Stage Four, including performances at Riot Fest Chicago. Additionally, Touché Amoré will play an in-store at Fingerprints in Long Beach, CA, on September 21.
