Today, Oh, Are They? share “Perfect” from the forthcoming Guilt album, which sees release on September 13.
The band’s Jack Kerrigan says, “’Perfect’ is a song about pausing for a moment and taking the time to appreciate all that you have while facing an inevitable life altering change that you have no control over.”
Formed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2015, Oh, Are They? are a band comprised of Philly punk/post-hardcore/indie scene veterans who’ve performed in a variety of projects, including KRHISSY, Zolof The Rock & Roll Destroyer, I Am Alaska, The G, and more. The quartet performs well-crafted, though provoking post-hardcore punk.
With previous efforts i and ii, the band set out to document a series of unexplained urban legends and lore and their possible connections. The band’s forthcoming effort, Guilt, sees release on September 13, and spotlights a more personal side of the band. Guilt was produced by J. Robbins and Oh, Are They? and mastered by Dan Coutant at Sun Room Audio. Pre-order the album here.
