Alternative-rock band Movements have released their debut album Feel Something via Fearless Records.
“Feel Something is very special to all of us. We’ve spent the last year and a half pouring our hearts and souls into all of these songs,” Movements explains to Culture Collide. “We believe it’s the strongest Movements has ever been, and we are very proud of the outcome. We’re very happy to finally release this record.”
Produced by the highly-acclaimed Will Yip (Tigers Jaw, Quicksand, Title Fight, and Citizen), the 11-track album Feel Something finds the band entering new sonic territory, with complex arrangements and a level of maturity that is a noticeable departure from their debut EP Outgrown Things. While still heavy and packed with emotion, the new album features the band’s exploration of spacious song structure, proggy harmony and acoustic guitars that push the listener to engage the music in a deeper, more sensual way.
Movements is currently on tour with Knuckle Puck across the U.S.
