Chicago indie rock trio Lume released their debut LP Perennial Phase on January 15 via Mayfly Records. In celebration of this release the band will embark on a 11 day tour of the Southern U.S., as well as a hometown record release show.
Lume is a Chicago trio consisting of Michigan transplants. Ex-members of various bands you’ve likely not heard of, Lume formed in 2014 and hit the ground running. With two EP’s under their belt and numerous tours of the U.S. and Canada the band crafted their debut LP Perennial Phase. Blending equal parts indie, shoegaze, slowcore, and post hardcore, Perennial Phase is a must own for fans of Hum, Nothing, or Cloakroom. You can stream Perennial Phase here.
