Philadelphia Noise-punks Fight Amp has re-emerged with three new shows to announce (show listings appear below). February will include a Brooklyn, NY performance with Brutal Panda Records label-mates, Whores. Later that month will also be a hometown show in support of noise-rock supergroup UXO (featuring Chris Spencer of Unsane + Steve Austin of Today Is The Day).
Finally, in March the group will head to Richmond, VA with Philly shoe-gazing punkers, Creepoid. With these tour dates also comes news that the band has already written nearly a full-album’s worth of new material. Fight Amp hopes to begin the recording process later this year.”
Composed of Mike McGinnis (guitar, vocals), Jon DeHart (bass, vocals) and Dan Smith (drums), Fight Amp plays a sonic brew of noise-rock, sludge, hardcore, grunge and punk.
