Boston’s Black Beach is set to release its third long player, Mail Thief, this month on March 20, 2026. The post-punk trio, with a burly chested sonic choke, really can have a hold on your ears.  Mixing no wave, post-punk, pigfuck, post hardcore, and a little goth rock all clanging up against each other to make the perfect soundtrack to this crumbling empire. 

The band recently shared “Broken Glass,” the first single that holds a swaggering tenacity, a murder ballad off just about any 90s B-level horror cult film. Black Beach recently shared the 2nd single off the album, “Secret World.” Its goth-like energy is ravaged and blazed under the more radiant sunshine. It gives hope sonically, but there’s always more below the surface.
