Big Thief share “Century,” their last single prior to the release of their stunning new album (and debut for their new label, 4AD)U.F.O.F. “Century” finds the band at the height of their power as musicians, with bassist Max Oleartchik seamlessly intertwining with James Krivchenia’s effortless and inventive drumming.  On top of it all, Adrianne Lenker’s evocative storytelling draws you in, weaving a tale left to your own devices to interpret. Closing the song out is a divine guitar solo from Buck Meek, one that leaves you wanting more, if only another few measures.

The band has announced yet another New York show in October, adding a performance at Brooklyn Steel on October 9th in addition to their already announced shows at Webster Hall on October 10th and 11th.
