Bayside has announced The Walking Wounded Tour; a series of U.S. headline shows celebrating the 10th anniversary of their 3rd full-length album. Their album The Walking Wounded is out now on Craft Recordings.
“The Walking Wounded was a really important record for us both personally and career wise. It was the record that got us back on our feet after our accident and also marked a big breakout for us professionally,” lead singer Anthony Raneri explains. “It was the first record and touring cycle that we did with the current lineup. We felt it was important to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of such an important time in our lives.”
He adds: “We wanted this to be more of an event. A celebration. So instead of doing the shows on a grand scale, we decided to only do a few of them and scale back the sizes of the venues from where we’ve been playing for the last few years. We wanted this to feel special for the fans in attendance and for us on stage.”
The 10-day run kicks off in Baltimore on September 6 and concludes at Riot Fest in Chicago on September 16. Bayside will also be bringing the album to Santa Ana on November 4, as well as the U.K. for multiple dates in December.Tour Dates:
