Hailing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Namen Namen is a garage rock / proto-punk band consisting of Dylan Record (vocals) and Ron Record (drums), Kellen Baker (guitar) and Zara McCord (bass). Since March 2020, the group has developed a devoted Midwest following through frenetic live shows and early releases.

For their self-titled EP, Namen Namen, the band tapped into their influences of acts such as The Velvet Underground, The Stooges, and The Fall, and playful pop like The Beach Boys and The Teeth. The result is a collection of songs that unabashedly burst through the seams of sound with distorted guitars and fetching pop hooks.  The album itself feels vintage, which will captivate audiences old and young.  

Having cut their teeth across the Rust Belt Midwest, the band was picked up by Chicago boutique Massif Records, and embarked on their first East Coast tour in early 2022.
