Indianapolis, Indiana-based alternative rock band Graham The Empire release their debut EP, Rise, tomorrow, September 29. The EP was mixed by Mark Needham (The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Fleetwood Mac).
Centered around classically trained pianist and guitarist, Graham Zebrasky, Graham The Empire is a three-piece alternative rock band that delivers an electrifying sound with a modern edge. After beginning to experiment with songwriting and computer audio recording technology, Zebrasky met bassist Harry Gagnon, who helped him refine his early demos that would later become their debut EP. To flesh out their lineup, drummer Richard Crowe joined the band ahead of their debut.
Today, Ghettoblaster has the pleasure of sharing a stream of the EP. This is what Zebrasky had to say about it.
“Rise was a blast to make and it reflects a lot of turmoil, anger, and loss. My favorite songs are the ones I can connect with in a way that nothing else can, so if our EP can connect with someone the same way that it does with me, that would be immensely satisfying.”
