DM3 made their mark on the international power pop scene with three official albums from the mid-to-late ‘90s and are revered by fans and critics alike. Consisting of Dom Mariani (frontman of legendary Australian garage rockers The Stems & more recently the heavy-hitting rock band Datura4), Toni Italiano and Pascal Bartolone, this trio could, arguably, be the best power pop band Australia has produced.
Ghettoblaster has the pleasure of sharing DM3’s new remastered compilation album West of Anywhere, which will be available on limited vinyl, CD and digital formats via Alive Naturalsound Records.
Mariani had this to say about the songs that fill out this album, “Sweaty pubs with beer soaked carpet, late night sessions at Toni’s studio, rocking through Europe with the red Gibson Melody Maker – great times! In the face of a changing music scene we managed to find a place in people’s hearts and thrive with these songs.”
