Artist: Dinosaur Bones
Album: My Divider
For their debut full length, Toronto’s Dinosaur Bones make a very solid and impressive album that proves they know what they’re doing. Word on the street is their live show is captivating. Just by listening to this record, I can tell that’s probably true. They’re certainly an indie-rock band, but their range within that is what’s the most alluring. If I’m reminded of Pavement, Phoenix, and No Knife while listening to the same record, you have to admit there’s some creative songwriting here. (Dine Alone)
