Having released a demo in 2023, Ousted now announce their first proper EP, How Do You Cope?, set for release September 19th on Ashtray Monument Records. Featuring members of Pulling Teeth, Ruiner, Neolithic, and Dosser, the band is crafting hardcore that strikes a perfect balance between urgent and melodious.

Today, Ousted share driving single “Self Hate For People Who Love Self Hate.” The relatable track addresses burn out and self worth, racing through lyrics that build those agonizing thoughts into a cathartic release. Influence from bands like Propagandhi and Disfear come through in the song’s punchy, aggressive riffs and infectious gang vocals.
