Emcee and producer Evidence recently announced his highly anticipated new album, Unlearning Vol. 2 (Rhymesayers Entertainment), set to drop on August 15th, 2025. Today has shared a new track titled “Outta Bounds,” produced by Evidence and Sebb Bash, and features Dilated People’s DJ Babu providing cuts while he flows through an enrapturing, narcotic haze. He has also released a video for the track today directed by Stephen Vanasco.

The album features recently released singles “Nothing To See Here,” featuring a video directed by Evidence and shot by Louis Llewellyn, and “Different Phases,” which was produced by Beat Butcha & Coop The Truth, accompanied by a video directed by SHEESH.

The album boasts production from Evidence himself, as well as The Alchemist, Conductor Williams, Graymatter, C-Lance, QThree, Sebb Bash, Beat Butcha, and Coop The Truth. Unlearning Vol. 2 finds Evidence at his most soulful and self-assured—a smoky, introspective journey where grief, growth, and sharp lyricism collide in fearless reinvention.

The production casts a hypnotic spell with collaborations that span eras—The Alchemist, DJ Babu, Blu, Domo Genesis, Larry June, Conductor Williams and more—yet the project stays unified by a core ethos: to reinvent, to recontextualize, and to turn pain into purpose through creativity.

Evidence recently announced an album release headline performance at Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles, CA on August 23rd, featuring support from Blu, Theravada, QThree, and Jay Midnight. Additionally, he will also be headlining an international tour with stops in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Portugal.
