Rochester, NY emcee Azariah (Young Black And Gifted) and producer Laddie have dropped new visuals/a new loosie this morning.  “Married To The Game” (featuring cuts by DJ Ease) is a dose of socially minded bars over soul-infused boom-bap. With this track comes the announcement of a new installment of the two’s collaborative series Phase III: Blessed And Highly Favored. 

As evidenced by the III in the title, this release (to drop on January 5th) is the third full-length collaboration between Laddie and Azariah including 2017’s Phase One: Lord Of The Underground and last year’s Phase II: The Return Of Sloppy Smooth.  Guest features on this album include other Rochester heavyweights Times Change of Da Cloth and Jae Hussle.  Speaking on Times Change’s inclusion here Azariah said “I had the opportunity to work with Illanoise on Phase One and MAV on Phase II so it was only right I had another member of Da Cloth on Phase III and Times laced it nicely on this project.”
