The UK’s Wet Leg – Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers – is the newest signing to Domino Recording Co. and gives a sampling of its music with the new single/video “Chaise Longue.” The duo is from Isle of Wight – a sparsely populated island off the south coast of England accessible only by boat, armed with guitars, decided to start a band. “Chaise Longue” is produced by Jon McMullen and mixed by Alan Moulder (Arctic Monkeys, Beach House, Foals) and is an infectious, tongue-in-cheek instant classic with a suitably irrepressible video to match, directed by the band themselves.
