Track Premiere: Hidden Places, "buh bye"

Forming in April 2015, Hidden Places are quickly cementing their place in an already impressive music scene in Columbus, Ohio. Taking an angular approach to post-punk, the band are creating tunes that are distinctively unique and exciting. When you hear Hidden Places, you quickly catch the influences from their favorite bands: Talking Heads, Dismemberment Plan, Interpol, and Pavement.

Hidden Places will be releasing their debut 7-track release called Uh’s later this year. Today, Ghettoblaster is proud to debut today one of the tracks- “Buh Bye”.
Here’s what band member David Fuller had to say about the song:
“’Buh Bye’ is about coming to terms with the problems of my masculinity and realizing that there’s a need to dismantle it, or to say goodbye to it. i use the term mask in the song to also reference masculinity as well (mask, masc. u get it) “
