Gin Wigmore’s third album Blood To Bone is out now via Island Records. The new album – which shot straight to at #1 in Wigmore’s native New Zealand – features the stunning singles “Written In The Water” and “New Rush.”
Recorded in Los Angeles with Charlie Andrew (Alt-J), Joakim Ahlund (Chrissie Hynde) and songwriter/producer Stuart Crichton, Blood To Bone sees Wigmore stepping away from her comfort zone and taking on the role of co-producer for the first time, taking her distinctive gravelly voice to its most soulful depths while drawing inspiration from her personal life for her most intimate album yet. This is an artist at the top of her game and in control of her future.
