Chicago’s YAWN released their sophomore album, Love Chills, earlier this month on Old Flame Records. Now, the band has shared a trippy, dizzying video for lead single “Flytrap,” which invites viewers behind the scenes of their strange, dream-like video shoot. You can watch the video where it premiered with NPR and share it via YouTube.
Love Chills features YAWN’s own brand of electro-infused psych-pop, made up of buzzing guitars, warbling synth, and hazy, blissed-out melodies. The album is streaming in full via Wondering Sound and is available for purchase via iTunes and other digital retailers.
With a frenetic and dynamic live show, YAWN has toured with bands like Tame Impala, The Kooks, Yuck, and Mates of State.
