Today marks the release of Where Were You?, the sophomore LP from songwriter PJ Bond on Black Numbers in the U.S. and Xtra Mile Recordings worldwide.  The album streamed today on The Ruckus, with high praise from the site, saying “Where Were You? sees PJ expanding upon everything he’s done before. The heartfelt, Americana-inspired, songwriting that he made his name with is still very much at the core of what is his most varied release to date. Gloomy acoustic-driven ballads sit well alongside triumphant rock and roll tunes with infectious choruses, each track fitting within the record’s vintage tone.”  The album is available for purchase now.

Bond released his debut full-length You Didn’t Know I Was Alphabetical on Black Numbers in 2009, garnering critical acclaim from places such as Exclaim!, CMJ and My Old Kentucky Blog.  He subsequently spent the next several years touring nonstop, moving himself around the world to tour and play shows for audiences across the globe.  Though he recently settled in Philadelphia, Bond has no plans of putting down roots yet, planning on an exhausting touring schedule throughout the rest of 2015 which begins in Europe and eventually sees him crossing the US, European tour dates are below.
