Beach House ready Depression Cherry, tour (2015)

Beach House will release Depression Cherry, the band’s fifth album, on CD / LP / DL August 28 in North America on Sub Pop Records. The album will also be available in Europe from Bella Union and from Mistletone in Australia and New Zealand.
Depression Cherry, featuring the highlights “Sparks,” “Space Song,” “PPP” and “Days of Candy,” was produced and recorded by the band and Chris Coady at Studio in the Country in Bogalusa, Louisiana.   Beach House will start their worldwide tour in support of Depression Cherry, beginning August 18 in Portland, ME at State Theatre and end their 2015 dates December 18 in San Francisco at the Fillmore. Depression Cherry is now available for preorder in North America from the Sub Pop Mega Mart. LP and CD versions of the album will come packaged in a sumptuous red velvet sleeve. All customers who pre-order the LP version of Depression Cherry from megamart.subpop.com will receive the special, limited, clear vinyl Loser Edition (while supplies last). Additionally, there will be a new T-shirt design, available individually or as part of a bundle with purchase of the new record.
